- For unstiched items, ensure they remain in their original condition. Do not stitch or alter the item if you plan to return it.
- Defective or damaged clothing must be reported immediately upon receipt.
2. Return Process
- The return parcel fee is the responsibility of the customer.

- Ensure all returned items are securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.
3. Replacement Option
- We offer a replacement option for eligible items. If you wish to replace the item instead of requesting a refund, please inform us during the return process.
4. Refunds
- In the case of a refund, 10% of the payment amount will be deducted as a processing fee.
- Refunds will only be initiated after the returned item is received and inspected by our team to ensure compliance with the return policy.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been stitched, altered, or used are not eligible for return or refund.
